The data behind resalemap.sg, machine-readable. Free, no API key, read-only. All of it is built from public data.gov.sg records.

Point an AI agent at it (MCP)

The site runs a remote MCP server with curated tools: block search, full transaction history, model estimates with comparables, lease decay outlooks, valuation history, town overviews, the quality-adjusted price index and the affordability calculator.

Any MCP client that speaks Streamable HTTP works the same way: point it at https://resalemap.sg/mcp. No login, no token.

REST API

The full contract is the OpenAPI 3.1 spec at /openapi.yaml, rendered below. The API sends no CORS headers by design: call it from servers, scripts, notebooks and agents rather than from third-party web pages.

Fair use & stability

• No SLA. This is a free public service on modest hardware. Per-IP rate limiting applies (120 requests per minute); heavy endpoints are concurrency-capped.
• Breaking changes are versioned. The spec version bumps and the changelog in the spec description records what changed.
• Bulk data belongs upstream. Raw transactions come from data.gov.sg; please pull bulk datasets there, not by crawling this API.
• Derived numbers are for individual use. Model estimates, index values and scores are provided as-is for personal research. Redistributing them as a dataset or systematically extracting them is not permitted.
• Attribution appreciated. A link to resalemap.sg is enough.
