the fields above. It adds CPF housing grants (EHG plus the Family or Singles Grant),
stamp duty, both loan types (the better one wins per block), and the lease rules that
limit CPF and loans on older blocks. Your profile is computed once on our server from
published HDB, MAS and CPF rules; nothing is stored or logged. Proximity Housing Grant
not included. Block prices are the typical (median) sale over the last 24 months, or a
model estimate where a flat type has few recent sales.
