What counts as a million-dollar HDB resale?
A record enters this tracker when its registered resale price is at least S$1,000,000. The threshold is inclusive. Counts cover current residential blocks that can be shown on the map, matching the universe used by this site's resale trivia and filters.
The latest month can still be incomplete while new transactions are registered. Twelve-month comparisons therefore end at the last complete month. Price records are nominal transaction values and are not adjusted for inflation, floor area, lease, storey or flat condition.
